I’m going to look at a beaky TL tomorrow morning. It’s a facelift model, which means the beak was toned down from the garish monstrosity of the early ones.

Thanks. It looks like it’ll be a happy medium between the TSX and the TLX. Has SH-AWD and paddle shifters, but also a real parking brake and gear selector, and a reasonable number of gears (6 instead of the 9 that the TLX has).

This was the best TL since the ‘05.  IIRC the TLX is a downsize.

Yeah, the TLX is slightly smaller than this, but still a little bigger than the TSX I’ll be prospectively trading in for it. This one’s a 2012, but I might end up with a 2014 with a different color interior instead (same price, slightly higher miles).

We shall see...it has a lot of buttons for some reason. But the seats have both heating and cooling! I’m probably going to get a different one transferred down if I like it though...not sure my doggo’s black fur will mesh well with a tan interior.
